Apart from being the most infectiously happy man on the planet, Ġulinu is also a master pastizzi baker. Having baked countless pastizzi for more than 40 years, Ġulinu has now retired to a more rewarding job of teaching beginners how to make the perfect 'Pastizz' in the comfort of his own home!
Using Ġulinu's homemade dough, try your hand at moulding, filling and baking your own pastizzi. The freshly baked pea and irkotta pastizzi have to be experienced first hand to discover how they compare to the ones found for sale in pastizzerias around the Islands. Your own handmade pastizzi paired with his wife Nancy's homebrewed coffee make for perfect Maltese lunch!
